Detailed NarrativeStarfall's administration continues at full capacity: the economy is at +40 gp net, the technical school is growing and drawing students from farther areas, Cody James is scaling up production. Clarissa is still not speaking to Loyd over his night with Kali. Grant Taver is investigating how to shore up borders or infiltrate Warstones. Celia Burns alludes to the GRE taking an interest in Starfall's activities. Intelligence has located Harlow Stormmaster's prison — a tower guarded by Gorefist's elite forces, with locks at DC 25. The party infiltrates the prison, fights through the elite guards, and frees Harlow. Gorefist may show up to personally finish off Harlow during the rescue. Harlow is now in Starfall's service, researching relics for the council. Alam Sildwell, seeing that Starfall is consolidating power, decides he wants to be on the winning side. He comes to Starfall and offers to align with the council — he has old friends and contacts with armies available if the council has money. Drakarion meets with the party again and acknowledges he foresees he will likely not survive the coming conflicts. The Drakarion religion is made Starfall's official religion.
