His death plants Path A as a posthumous argument: 'It was worth it. Build it cleanly. I was glad to remember.' Status will move from 'active' to 'deceased' after Ch 31 plays. Recover the Necklace of the Eternal Soul (his original housing-piece — his 'true life' item, which Tethis has worn since before any of the party knew his name). Deliver Drakarion's framing of the relic-as-batteries and void-stones plan to the party so they understand what they are doing before Drakarion arrives in person to deliver the stones.
