Vigil Once one of Terek the Redeemer's greatest friends and allies, Saldaman is a World Warden that helps Terek attain ascension. Later during the last years of the Hesh Empire, Saldaman becomes convinced that Terek is making a mistake and tries to convince his friend Terek the path he is on will lead to ruin. Terek is conflicted about what to do, but ultimately decides that replacing Noc and reshaping the powers of the world is worth the risk. Terek goes on to ignore the advice of Saldaman and pursue a confrontation with Noc. The disagreement ultimately drives Saldaman and Terek apart, and the destruction of Terek pushes Saldaman into a deep depression, cynical of the world and its ways. Much later when Saldaman sees many of the same traits in Morgana Cassius that he observed in his friend, he reaches out to meet with Morgana in an attempt to warn her away from her chosen path. Morgana also rejects Saldaman's advice, although she recognizes his wisdom and she learns much about Terek's history and the fall of the Hesh throughout the interaction.
