The tower of Basai, a Hesh lord who mastered the magic of planar travel. Trace (a rogue operating out of Fairbreeze) and Brandon Swiftwater were searching for this tower. The site of the major battle where Admond Galund and Graak Cinderforce died. Brandon Swiftwater opened the portal and escaped through it to the Nexus; as he left, a maximized delayed fireball detonated, killing both Admond and Graak who had been weakened by Krel. Freespirit survived, being just outside the blast radius.

NotesThis event leads directly to Peter Gallund taking control of Trayalon, bearing a strong hatred toward outsiders. Freespirit returned the bodies of Admond and Graak to Trayalon for a large memorial service. The tower is not in Arla — it is in the River Kingdoms near Fairbreeze.
