A legendary ancient city built by a nation of outcast dwarves and elves, built into the cliffs north of Serpent's Lake. Founded by Annabelle Bourdain (dwarf) and Xavier Dawncrest (elf). Attacked and sacked by the Deepforge dwarves; the founders were killed. The city contains intricate runes of bright blue crystal inlaid into all surfaces that constantly draw magical energy from the world — magical items used within suffer 50% effectiveness. Accessible by sailing up the river past Headwater into Serpent's Lake.
